Program & sender

These terms govern your use of TableFlow Pro account, reservation, and messaging services. Participating restaurants may send guest reservation messages through TableFlow Pro using a dedicated business messaging number.

What you will receive

By checking the SMS consent box on the reservation form, providing affirmative consent by phone, or initiating a text conversation with the restaurant, you agree to receive these message types:

• Reservation confirmations and reminders
• Waitlist and "your table is ready" seat-ready notices
• AI-assisted replies to your text messages (booking, cancel, running late, party-size or time changes)

Message frequency varies. Expect a few messages per reservation. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt out & opt back in

You can control these messages at any time by replying to any text from us:

• STOP — Unsubscribe. We will send no further automated text alerts to your number.
• START — Re-subscribe and resume receiving text alerts.
• HELP — Receive support information.

Opting out stops automated messages. A host can still help you by phone if you call the restaurant directly.

Carrier fees

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages you receive, according to your wireless carrier's plan.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

For help with these messages, reply HELP to any text from us, or call the restaurant. A host can assist you with reservations and any texting questions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective date" below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
